Located in the southeastern part of the island, these types of waterfronts are very common in many coastal municipalities around the island and are used as gathering places and for local activities. This project consisted on the remodel of 35,000 square feet of waterfront plaza.
Challenges
→ Construction of 35,000 ft² waterfront plaza and seawall.
→ Installation of 8,500 ft² of pavers .
→ Construction of urban furniture and kiosks.
→ Extensive electrical and plumbing work including offsite installation of sanitary line.
