Construction of a 35,000 square foot waterfront plaza, including new buildings, pavers, urban furniture, electrical & plumbing improvements, kiosks, offsite sanitary line, and other civil improvements.
Challenges
→ Complete renovation of a 35,000 ft² waterfront plaza and seawall.
→ Laying of more than 90,000 brick pavers covering an area of more than 34,000 ft².
→ Installation of custom made urban furniture for seating areas.
→ Custom made stainless steel awnings and railings.
→ All buildings were made out of exposed concrete.
→ 1,200 ft² exposed concrete cantilever stage roof.
