→  Construction of new car wash, including construction of underground pits, building footings, and new building slab totaling 4,000 ft².

→  Construction of Building Block Walls, totaling 7,000 Split Face Blocks.

→  Construction of 30,000 ft² of concrete pavements, and 2,100 linear feet of curbs, concrete retaining wall and sidewalks.

→  Scope of work also includes Earthwork, Storm Utilities and Signage.
