→  Concrete work includes main building, car wash and canopies with around 6,294 ft² slab on grade totaling 83 yd³ of concrete with wire mesh and 514 linear feet of continuous footings and 10 individual footings, totaling approx. 104 yd³ of concrete and 4,911# of rebar.

→  Block work includes stem walls totaling 670 block and building block walls totaling 11,608 regular. Bond beams cell fill 1,556 linear feet, Lintels and rebar.

→  Scope of work also includes 6,630 ft² of concrete sidewalk 4” and 6” 3000 psi with soft broom finish. 15,545 ft² of heavy pavement with a total of 411 yd³ of concrete.
