→  Construction of new 10,341 ft² of Slab on Ground totaling 140 cy of concrete. Concrete foundations, totaling 2 pad footings, 128 lf of mono footings, and 421 lf of continuous footings; totaling 52 cy of concrete and 3,738 # of rebar.

→  Scope includes installation of Stem Wall totaling 663 ea blocks and installation of Building Wall totaling 5,981 ea blocks

→  Project also includes construction of sidewalks, 4” thick unreinforced, totaling 4,992 ft² and installation of 79 ea bollards.
