→  Scope of work includes construction of concrete foundations, totaling 4 ea pad footings and 1,960 lf of continuous mono footings. Total of 322 cy of concrete and 14,091 # of rebar.

→  Project also includes construction of 8” building walls totaling 18,932 ea regular blocks. Construction of Bond Beams, totaling 3,736 lf.
