→  Concrete work includes 992 linear feet of continuous footings and 13 individual footings, totaling approximately 447 yd³ of concrete and #26,335 of rebar. Also includes 15,127 ft² of slab on grade and 59,420 ft² of concrete poured over hollow core.

→  Block work includes construction of building block walls, totaling 59,105 regular and 4,710 12×16 block.

→  Scope of work also includes 3,312 ft² of concrete sidewalk and 2,236 ft² of pool and patio slabs with soft broom finish.
