Located in the Miramar Historic Zone, part of the San Juan metropolitan area. This project consisted of performing extensive architectural and structural improvements for two commercial buildings as well as doing substantial interior remodelling.
Challenges
→ Commercial area of approximately 12,000 ft². Remodeling work performed while in use by tenants.
→ Included substantial demolition to Historic structure.
→ Structural Retrofit.
→ New structural steel and concrete structures, electrical, mechanical and plumbing work.
→ Built up roofing.
→ Architectural finishes including Self Leveling Floors, Dryvit Walls, etc.
